Responsibilities:
• Lead to further develop our existing and new sales channels, establish a solid and active direct sales & distributor network
• Lead to approach new potential market, identify customers’ needs, and provide them optimized solution and support
• Improve market share for selected Customer products in assigned regions
• Ensure is in compliance with Customer terms and conditions of sales
• Coordinate with supporting functions to ensure the quality of product/service delivery
• Collaborate closely with other sales functions to achieve sales targets and drive to achieve satisfaction
• Carry out market investigation and provide relevant market information
• Carry out CRM, Sales Force and sales forecast
• Train, Coach and improve sales people’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent
• A proven track record in sales with a minimum 8 years’ experience in sales in pharmaceutical ingredients or related industry and a minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management.
• Demonstrated ability in direct sales and distributor development
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skill, good at building networking with potential s
• Good product knowledge and network in either one industry
• Strong management skills to lead a remote team
• Good team player to help company to build excellent working environment
• Native Mandarin Chinese & Business level English, especially in written
• Willing to travel frequently over the country (ability to occasionally travel international)
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
